Mindfullness Meditation/5 week Course
Start the new year with Mindfulness Meditation! This is a 5-week class. We will meet every Tuesday for two hours, starting January 10th, 2012, at 6:30 PM. This course will offer instruction in training the mind to be calm, then turning the calm mind to observe the mind/body process without judgment. We can come to experience our lives and activities from a more spacious and relaxed perspective, developing wisdom and compassion for ourselves and others.
