Carson City Beginner instruction is offered on the first Monday of every month or at any time a new person attends the group.
We recite the Buddhist precepts, the guidelines for ethical behavior, every first Monday of the month.
Other Mondays we offer a talk on the Buddha’s teachings, discussion, or readings.
We end each evening with a guided loving-kindness meditation.
We are currently reading in and discussing Donald Rothberg's book The Engaged Spiritual Life. To find out where we are in the book, email Kathy: Kathy@DharmaZephyr.org. We read aloud, so you do not need to have a copy of the book to participate.

the youth group building of the Methodist Church: 213 N. Minnesota (SE Corner of Minnesota and Proctor).
When:
Monday evenings, 7:00 to 8:30 (except major holidays or during inclement weather)
